Article Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request the withdrawal of a submitted or accepted manuscript by sending a written explanation to the editorial office. Withdrawal requests are considered only before publication and must be supported by a clear and responsible justification such as ethical concerns, authorship issues, or the discovery of major errors in data or analysis.
Withdrawal Fee
A withdrawal fee of USD 200 applies when authors request to withdraw a manuscript after it has been accepted but before it is published. This fee covers the administrative and editorial work already carried out, including reviewer coordination, evaluation, and preparation for production. The fee promotes responsible submission practices and helps prevent unnecessary use of editorial resources.
Manuscripts cannot be withdrawn after publication. Once an article becomes part of the permanent scholarly record, any issues must be managed through correction, expression of concern, or retraction in line with the publisher policy for maintaining academic integrity.
