Call for Papers—Pollutome Mapping and Climate-Pollution Synergies: Ecosystem Resilience and Mitigation Strategies

Global environmental change is intensifying the complex interactions between diverse pollutants and climate stressors, posing severe threats to biological, ecological, and geochemical systems worldwide. A holistic understanding of the pollutome— the full spectrum of pollutant impacts and their cross-media interactions—has become critical to addressing climate-linked pollution stress, ecosystem degradation, and emerging contaminant risks.

 

Pollutome invites high-quality research contributions under the theme “Pollutome Mapping and Climate-Pollution Synergies: Ecosystem Resilience and Mitigation Strategies.” This thematic focus aims to highlight integrative, system-wide research that explores pollutome characterization, climate-pollution interaction mechanisms, and evidence-based strategies for pollution control, ecosystem restoration, and environmental risk assessment.

 

Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in environmental science, ecology, geochemistry, pollution control, and sustainability science are encouraged to submit original research and review articles that contribute to advancing pollutome science and real-world environmental management.
