- Dedication to peer review, academic ethics, and timely editorial work; experience in journal editing or peer review is preferred.
- Good English writing and communication skills; commitment to promoting the journal globally.
- Official appointment as an Editorial Board Member of BOT with a formal certificate.
- Profile and affiliation displayed on the journal’s official website to enhance academic visibility and influence.
